CHICKEN 65
Chicken 65 is a chicken dry dish which is liked by one and all..Usually kids order this while they go for restaurants.. it is very easy to make at home..it goes well with briyani and even a good side dish for curd rice..
INGREDIENTS
Chicken pieces (preferably bone less) - 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste - 3 tbsp
Red Chilly powder - 3 tsp ( you can add more if u want more spicy)
Kashmiri red chilli - 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 4 tbsp
Gram flour - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice or vinegar - 2 tsp
salt - as required
Oil - to deep fry
METHOD
Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly, squeeze the water fully,in a bowl add chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder, lemon juice or vinegar, corn flour,salt.Mix it well and marinate for 1/2 to 1 hour in a freezer..( freezer because the masala will be absorbed in the chicken faster).
After marinating before you are about to fry, add gram flour, Kashmiri red chilly powder and mix well.
Heat required oil in a kadai and deep fry the chicken pieces for about 2 to 3 mins.. if u over cook the chicken will get harder so keep track of the time u fry..
